Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy for Marbella Aesthetics

1. Appointment Confirmation: We will send a reminder via [text/email] 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Please confirm your attendance.
2. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice.
3. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50%
4. No-Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notification, you will be subject to a no-show fee of $50
5. Payment of Fees: Any cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the credit card on file or can be deducted from your next appointment, as applicable.
6. Emergency Situations: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to provide the required notice due to an emergency, please contact us so we can discuss your situation.
